Now that you know how your daily Power Breaks work it is time to train your brain to start instilling the habits that will create a healthier & lighter you.
The Sleep Your Fat Away Audios are scientifically designed to speak directly to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind represents 90% of our total brain function and is responsible for our decision making, moods, cravings, and much more. Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful and it is why this program works even when you don't.
WEEK 1
The Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #1 is to be turned on every night before you go to sleep at a barely audible volume. The Audio will play all night & your subconscious mind will listen while you sleep. By rewiring the subconscious mind you will be creating the mindset needed to lose weight & keep it off.
If you have trouble falling asleep the first couple times that is okay. Soon your mind will adjust to the audio and it will actually become a sleep aid.
Don't worry if you sleep for less than 8 hours per night. The main programming takes place during the first 4-5 hours so you are still getting the full effect of the brain training! If you sleep longer than 8 hours feel free to put the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio on repeat.

You do not have to consciously listen to these, just have one running in the background while you're busy doing something else like: getting ready for work, doing the dishes, preparing dinner, going for a walk, brushing your teeth, or any other time that works for you. WEEKS 2 & 3

WEEK 4
In Week 4 you will STOP listening to the Gastric Band Audios and START listening to the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #2
You will start listening to the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #2 exactly the same way you did with the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #1 in Week 1.
The Sleep Your Fat Away Audio is to be turned on every night before you go to sleep at a barely audible volume. The Audio will play all night & your subconscious mind will listen while you sleep. The Audio will start rewiring your brain to restore your body's natural wisdom to create a healthier, lighter, more confident you!
