HELP!! I Can't Get All Of My Audios In Each Day

I know that life can get crazy and things don't always go exactly as planned. Don't Give Up if you are really struggling to listen to your audios each day! Aim to listen to a minimum of 3 Power Breaks per week and 3 Gastric Band Audios or 3 Sleep Your Fat Away Audios per week (depending on how far along in the program you are).

While it is recommended to listen to each of the listed Audios every day as prescribed, you will still reap Enormous Rewards from training your brain   At Least 3 Times per week with each of these Audios.

Remember: these Audios do the work, Even When You Don't: all you have to do is turn them on...

Part of every personal growth process is becoming aware of what you don't like and then changing it into something you do like. Don’t be afraid when negative emotions and old painful memories come up in this process. I just started the program and I find that I am woken up multiple times throughout the night when I have the Sleep Program playing

I have just started Week 2 (or 3) and I see that the Virtual Gastric Band night Audios are just over an hour long. What about the rest of the time I spend sleeping?

Even though I have been sleeping less than I was before I started the Program I feel more energized than ever! Why?

I have been listening to the Sleep Audio with headphones at night because I sleep with my partner but the ear buds keep falling out of my ears. Is it better to play the Sleep Audio with or without headphones?

I find that my emotions are my downfall. If I keep up with the Brain Trainings I usually do well and keep on track with my goals but I find that as soon as I fall off a little bit with the Trainings my emotions can easily take over and derail my progress. Is this normal?

Power Breaks: Your Daily "ME-time"

The Power Break Audio is a fantastic daily tool that helps you digest your food, combat fatigue & increase the effectiveness of your nightly Sleep Program Audios. Because of this it is recommended to take your Power Break after lunch or early afternoon. All you need to do is take 15 to 20 minutes out of your day to plug in your head phones to have a bit of 'ME-time'

Now that you know how your daily Power Breaks work it is time to train your brain to start instilling the habits that will create a healthier & lighter you.

The Sleep Your Fat Away Audios are scientifically designed to speak directly to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind represents 90% of our total brain function and is responsible for our decision making, moods, cravings, and much more. Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful and it is why this program works even when you don't. 

WEEK 1

The Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #1 is to be turned on every night before you go to sleep at a barely audible volume. The Audio will play all night & your subconscious mind will listen while you sleep. By rewiring the subconscious mind you will be creating the mindset needed to lose weight & keep it off.

If you have trouble falling asleep the first couple times that is okay. Soon your mind will adjust to the audio and it will actually become a sleep aid.

Don't worry if you sleep for less than 8 hours per night. The main programming takes place during the first 4-5 hours so you are still getting the full effect of the brain training! If you sleep longer than 8 hours feel free to put the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio on repeat.
